OBJECTIVES & Activities
The Black Canadian Heritage & Multicultural Council[BCHMC] THE BLACK HERITAGE COUNCIL’s Objectives and activities are :
To celebrate, promote and protect Black Heritage, Identity, Diversity, Ethnicity and culture
The relief of poverty, advancement of education, religion, culture, ethnicity and human rights within Canada and worldwide for the public benefit.
To warehouse data on Black Culture and Pan-Africanism.
To to assist Black Canadians to identify, fit in and be proud of their Black; African; Pan African roots and culture
To assist black newcomers to resettle and integrate in Canada.
To promote cultural diversity, ethnic tolerance, multiculturalism and fight against racism and injustice.
To design Newcomer Projects, which amongst others, include mentoring, resume building, job search, capacity building of the youth, women, and the Upliftment ofFamilies, Poverty Alleviation Healthy Living and COVID 19 Awareness..
