ABOUT US

The Black Canadian Heritage And Multicultural Council , called the BLACK HERITAGE COUNCIL, is a newly established organization, formed in 2021, specially created and mandated to spearhead critical, specific , specific and sometimes ”never done before” projects, of the Black Diaspora and Canadian social fabric interface. It is headquartered in Alberta, Canada.

Board of Directors

The Black Heritage Council was founded by Moses Madera, the CEO and Chairman, and is governed by a Board of Directors. This Group is assisted by an ex-officio Advisory Council.

Advisory Council

The various Black cultural groups within Canada and Internationally are a vital part of our organization, as well as emminent Black Professionals and Cultural Leaders and Youth and Women, including religous organizations. These form the Advisory Council which advises the Executive Council founded by Moses Madera and run by an Executive Board of Directors and assisted by an Advisory Council. Anyone interested in joining this Council is free to join.

Our Motto escapulates our Vision and Mission to show that BLACK LIVES MATTERS, which is:

Thus we have an emperical Vision in the advancement of the education, health, religion, culture and ethnic of the Black Person, and not necessarily the African Person, thus making us unique and distinct from other organizations who are only Afrocentric. We play a pivotal and well concerted dynamic effort in catering for all Black People, like Carribean, African- American, Coloured or Brown People, Africans, and anyone who affiliates with our mandate, like White and Aborigines and Everyone else. We promote, support and believe in ethnicity and and celebrate cultural diversity. So Everyone is Welcome.

OBJECTIVES & ACTIVITIES

The Black Canadian Heritage & Multicultural Council[BCHMC] THE BLACK HERITAGE COUNCIL’s Objectives and activities are :

 To celebrate, promote and protect Black Heritage, Identity, Diversity, Ethnicity and culture

 The relief of poverty, advancement of education, religion, culture, ethnicity and human rights within Canada and worldwide for the public benefit.

 To warehouse data on Black Culture and Pan-Africanism.

 To to assist Black Canadians to identify, fit in and be proud of their Black; African; Pan African roots and culture

 To assist black newcomers to resettle and integrate in Canada.

 To promote cultural diversity, ethnic tolerance, multiculturalism and fight against racism and injustice.

 To design Newcomer Projects, which amongst others, include mentoring, resume building, job search, capacity building of the youth, women, and the Upliftment ofFamilies, Poverty Alleviation Healthy Living and COVID 19 Awareness..
